Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding holidays). Actual delivery time depends on logistics operations. For special requirements, please contact customer service in advance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Information
Returned items must be unused and free from damage not caused by human error. The 7-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act allows you to inspect, not try out, the product. Keep the complete original packaging (including outer box), or the return will not be accepted.

To request a return, contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide the following: name, order number, contact number, item name, reason for return, and photo evidence.

Refund Instructions
Once the returned item is confirmed in good condition, the refund will be processed back to the original credit card or transferred to a provided bank account. Refunds take approximately 5–10 business days (actual time may vary by bank).
Refunds only cover the cost of the returned product and do not include shipping or handling fees.
If the returned order included a free gift and the remaining purchase value falls below the required threshold after return, the gift must be returned in new condition, or its full value will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items with photo proof.
Only identical items may be exchanged. Please contact customer service for assistance.

A: Yes, you’re welcome to visit the Nien Nien You Chun studio.

Q: What if I receive the wrong item?
A: Please contact us immediately via email ([email protected]) or LINE@ (@fishsays) with relevant photos and order details. We will assist you promptly.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately by email or LINE. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Not currently, but you can leave a note with special requests and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: Unfortunately, delivery times are determined by the logistics provider and cannot be scheduled.

Q: Can I get a receipt or invoice?
A: Receipts are available. Please indicate this in your order notes or contact us after ordering.
